1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and the irreversible transfer of assets, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, all store assets—including the Shopify store, domain, brand logos, banners, product content, and supplier details—are permanently and irrevocably transferred to you. As such, we cannot reverse this process or accept returns.

We do not guarantee sales, income, or performance. Your results will depend entirely on your efforts, marketing strategies, and traffic quality.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Your custom Shopify store will be delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment. The delivery includes:

  • Full ownership access to the Shopify store
  • Domain transfer
  • Brand assets (logo, banners, etc.)
  • Product and supplier information

Please ensure your contact information is accurate during checkout to avoid delays.

3. Ownership & Rights

Upon delivery, you receive 100% ownership of all store-related assets. You are free to:

  • Rebrand, edit, or customize the store
  • Resell or operate it under your own brand
  • Use the domain and branding as you wish

Ecom Princess retains no ownership or rights after the successful transfer.

4. Customer Responsibility

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product listing before purchasing. It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure the store aligns with your goals and expectations
  • Understand what’s included in your purchase
  • Reach out with any pre-sale questions

We are not liable for unmet expectations due to a lack of inquiry or misinterpretation.

5. Post-Sale Support (30 Days)

We provide 30 days of complimentary technical support to help you get started. This includes:

  • Domain transfer assistance
  • Help navigating the Shopify dashboard
  • Support with any technical issues related to initial setup

Ongoing marketing, content, maintenance, or custom development is not included and remains your responsibility.
