SECTION 3 – DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE & NO REFUND POLICY
All products sold on Ecom Princess are digital assets—primarily pre-built Shopify stores with accompanying domains.
Important: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, all purchases are irreversible once access to the domain, Shopify store, and brand assets has been granted.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment, you will receive:
- Access to the purchased Shopify store
- Instructions to complete domain transfer
- Associated assets (where applicable)
Delivery is fulfilled within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout to prevent any delays.
Upon delivery, you receive 100% ownership of the store and domain. Ecom Princess retains no further control or responsibility for the asset after delivery. You are free to operate, modify, rebrand, or resell the store at your discretion.
SECTION 5 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to:
- Carefully read the product description
- Understand what is included
- Ensure the product fits your intended use
- Contact us for any clarification if needed
We are not responsible for unmet expectations due to failure to review or misunderstandings of the product listing.
SECTION 6 – SUPPORT
We offer 30 days of complimentary post-sale technical support, which includes:
- Domain transfer guidance
- Shopify access assistance
- Resolution of technical issues related to the original store build
This does not include ongoing store maintenance, design customization, marketing, or business coaching.
SECTION 7 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our digital products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
We are not liable to you or any third-party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or apps which we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee any level of sales, traffic, or earnings. Your business performance depends entirely on your own marketing strategy, efforts, and the quality of traffic you drive to the store.
You agree that your use of, or inability to use, the store or services is at your sole risk. All products and services delivered to you through the store are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use.
In no case shall Ecom Princess be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of any of our services or products.
