Due to the digital nature of our products and the irreversible transfer of assets, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, all store assets—including the Shopify store, domain, brand logos, banners, product content, and supplier details—are permanently and irrevocably transferred to you. As such, we cannot reverse this process or accept returns.
